These products are manufactured, processed, and fulfilled by Spreadshirt Inc. and its production partners after an order has been placed.

Independent Fulfilment

International Print-on-Demand products are sold, printed, packaged, and shipped directly by Spreadshirt Inc.

 

In Him® Studio creates and licenses the original artwork and designs featured on these products but does not manufacture, print, package, or dispatch any international orders.

 

Customer Service

All customer support relating to international Spreadshop orders, including but not limited to:

• Order status

• Shipping enquiries

• Delivery issues

• Returns

• Exchanges

• Refund requests

• Damaged or defective products

• Payment enquiries

must be directed to Spreadshirt Customer Service, as they are responsible for processing and fulfilling all international orders.

 

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds for international Print-on-Demand products are governed solely by Spreadshirt’s policies and procedures.

 

In Him® Studio is unable to authorise, process, or approve refunds or returns for orders placed through our Spreadshop at Spreadshirt.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping times, delivery costs, customs fees, taxes, and international import duties are determined by Spreadshirt and may vary depending on the destination country.

 

In Him® Studio cannot guarantee shipping times or accept responsibility for delays caused by:

• Customs authorities

• Postal services

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

When you purchase a product through our Spreadshop, In Him® Studio receives a small commission from the sale (for the design).

Limitation of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, In Him® Studio shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, defect, or claim arising from the manufacture, fulfilment, shipment, delivery, or customer service of products purchased through Spreadshirt.
