At In Him Studio, we strive to provide high-quality products that reflect our commitment to excellence and creativity. If there is a problem with your order, we will work with you to find a fair solution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective or faulty
- Incorrect compared to your order
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A repair where applicable
- A full or partial refund
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
Returns
Because many of our products are made to order, personalized, or produced specifically for each customer, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances.
Return requests will be considered if:
- The item received differs significantly from what was ordered.
- There is a manufacturing defect not caused by misuse.
- The product was damaged before delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned in original packaging where possible
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized products
- Print-on-demand items
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or alteration
- Items damaged by improper handling after delivery
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect colour selection
- Customer ordering errors
- Personal preference after delivery
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and product images carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to:
- A manufacturing defect
- An incorrect item being sent
- Damage during transit
Where a return is approved for reasons other than our error, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Limitation of Liability
In Him Studio’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
