International Orders
International merchandise is fulfilled through our official In Him® Studio – Spreadshop, operated by our trusted partner, Spreadshirt.
All printing, packaging, shipping, customer service, returns, exchanges, and order support for international merchandise are handled directly by Spreadshirt and its authorised shipping partners.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, ordered from our South African website, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel and include photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item.
For international Spreadshop orders, all claims relating to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted directly to Spreadshirt Customer Service in accordance with their policies.
Customs & Import Charges
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless specifically stated during checkout.
